Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle Healing, Deep Balance
Discover how Craniosacral Therapy, Dental Acupuncture, and YTM Tool Method can restore harmony to your body and mind.
What is CST?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle way of working with the body using light touch. It supports the body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself. CST works with the whole person — body, mind and spirit — not just the symptoms.
During a session, the therapist places hands lightly on the body to listen to its subtle rhythms. This sensitive touch encourages the body to relax and release restrictions, allowing natural healing to occur.
People often describe the experience of CST as bringing deep relaxation, inner peace, and a sense of being “put back together again.”

CST for Pregnancy
Some women experience a sense of deep relaxation and relief during pregnancy after a craniosacral therapy session. CST can help with the physical changes and discomforts of pregnancy, and can support the body as it adapts to carrying a baby. It may also help to release tensions that can build up in the pelvis, back and diaphragm, and to balance the nervous system.
CST is a safe and gentle choice for pregnant women.
Pregnant women may come to CST for:
- Minor pregnancy ailments such as back pain
- Balancing effects on nervous and hormonal systems
- Support for both mother and baby
- Preparing for birth
